The enduring technological development of base material research is extremely important to choose the suitest base film for manufacturing products, which can provide good results on the final finished products. Quality, also, means respect of the environment and health of the consumers. In Europe, Neophane was one of the first company to use mainly solventless adhesives for laminating in line and to install a solvent recycling plant to avoid air pollution. During all manufacturing process, each single product is controlled in order to avoid dangerous contamination of any kind.

High technology:steadly evolution. Big technological investments allow the manufacturing of the most different types of films and different structures either for food and no food sectors. Neophane prints rotogravure up to ten stations and laminates up to four layers. The materials that converts and trades are: Cellophane, Cast and Bioriented Polypropylene, extruded Polyetyilene, Polyester, Biorented and Cast Polyamide, Aluminium Foil, Paper, PVC, Polistirene. All materials can be supplied in any size to cope with various customer’s requests. Thanks to this, Neophane can be defined as a modern, vanguard Company and in 1993, second in Italy in flexible packaging, Neophane was certified ISO 9002 currently updated to ISO 9000 VISION 2000.
